All online orders are electronically handed to the franchise owner, we centralized this system so it is easy for our customers to order and pay online.

Shipping  We ship FedEx, UPS and the postal service where appropriate. Gifts typically ship the next business day and depending on location can be delivered from 1-5 business days unless express shipping is indicated.

Cross country or international gifts.  We have franchises across North America, which means we avoid many of the time delays and extra charges by referring the order to an Original Basket Boutique more closely located.  We are not a large franchise by some standards, but we are growing and enjoy strategically located, talented and professional designers worldwide.
