Believe it or not, THE original basket boutique is made up of real people. Yes, we said it, you heard it. Ever heard of hand delivery?... Yep it still exists and it's not just for flowers.   But do not be mistaken, we are not your average everyday gifting company.   We pride ourselves in being unique, especially when it comes to our creative work with gift baskets and gifts in general!

Of course we love chocolate, babies, puppies, gifts, and well obviously, baskets, but it is with our caring touch and inventive eye that we develop glorious gifts that offer "WOW Factor" to whomever may be receiving them. There really are no limitations on which occasions we can gift for. If you give us a special occasion, whether for a family member, friend or corporate client, we will be more than happy to complete your order with a gleaming smile throughout the process.

We figure  only suiting for us to wear our smiles when, really, we find ourselves delivering a lot of smiley faces!

Its time to get down to the nitty-gritty of THE original basket boutique. Zora Brouwer and Patrick Lamoureux, the owners of the company, are the two main reasons for these smiles and warm fuzzy feelings across the world. Originally franchisees, Patrick and Zora, also got the opportunity to deliver unique, custom gifts. When an opportunity in 1999 arose for them to take over the company, they just could not resist!   In 1999, they both envisioned the future success that THE original basket boutique could reach.

Today, in 2012, it is safe to say that Now, in 2012, the company has had great triumphs and achievements which have not stopped!

We are a group of local, independent franchise owners working together with the leadership of our franchisors Pat and Zora, and head office team in Edmonton, Alberta to deliver, pardon the pun, very edible and pleasing to the taste gourmet food and specialty gift baskets. Refund/Exchange Policy.

The original basket boutique is dedicated to quality product delivery.  Each gift is made upon order receipt, just for our client. Please be aware that in some cases substitutions or equal or greater value may be made.  Unfortunately, we can not accept returns except in the case of damaged or defective products and we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement of the damaged item.  We do not provide for exchanges/refunds for any other reason.  If you have questions about our policy, please contact our head office 877-688-2002.


Order Cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel the order.  Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order, we will make every effort to assist, however please know  we ship or deliver a gift within 24 business hours of the order receipt.
